General Terms and Conditions
1. Services
1.1. All massages are performed under a valid trade license and with certificates proving professional qualifications for the services provided.
2. Introductory Provisions
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Martin Schwarz, CRN: 07986262, registered address U Lihovaru 3401/1, 150 00 Prague 5 - Smíchov ("Provider"), and any person booking a massage appointment or purchasing massage services, gift vouchers, or other products ("Client").
2.2. The relationship between the Provider and Client ("Parties") is also governed by the current price list available at www.mmassage.cz.
2.3. These GTC form an integral part of every contract between the Provider and Client.
2.4. Future changes to GTC: We will notify 30 days in advance on mmassage.cz. Disagreement allows cancellation of booking.
3. Governing Law
3.1. Contracts are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
4. Gift Voucher Conditions
4.1. Gift vouchers entitle the Client to the services listed on them.
4.2. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase date (exact date on voucher), unless agreed otherwise.
4.3. Services must be booked like regular massages; same rules apply for cancellations.
4.4. Notify use of voucher at booking for verification. Service type can be changed to equal or lower value.
4.5. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, valid once only.
4.6. No-show without cancellation deducts full service value from voucher.
4.7. By purchasing, Client confirms knowledge and acceptance of these GTC.
4.8. Client must inform recipient; acceptance implies agreement.
5. Booking, Date, and Time
5.1. Book via phone +420 605 275 596 or email martin@mmassage.cz.
5.2. Confirmation via phone (call, SMS, WhatsApp) or email.
5.3. Booking becomes binding.
5.4. Late arrival (up to 30 min) shortens session to original end time.
5.5. No-show forfeits booking; full payment due.
5.6. Cancel 24 hours in advance by phone.
5.7. Late cancellation, address change, or no-show treated as absence.
6. Indications: When Massage is Suitable
Preparation before sports, post-workout recovery and relaxation, fatigue relief from physical/mental stress, muscle tension and pain relief (e.g., repetitive work, low activity), stress reduction, immune boost, chronic back/hip pain, muscle spasms, post-injury recovery (sprains, dislocations, fractures), migraines, or gentle care needs.
7. Limited Scope Massages
Minor injuries (avoid injured areas), rashes/herpes (avoid affected areas), osteoporosis/arthritis (doctor's consent only). Over 80 years: doctor's consent required.
8. Contraindications: When Massage is Not Performed
8.1. Antibiotics (wait 14 days after), inflammation/infections, bed rest conditions, fever, respiratory illness, post-surgery (doctor's consent), cancer (up to 3 years post-treatment), hemophilia, leukemia, recent meal (wait 2-3 hours), post-exercise exhaustion, menstruation, pregnancy/postpartum, diabetes (type I/II), low/high blood pressure, acute pain, bruises, parasites, fungal/pus skin infections, varicose veins, ulcers, vascular diseases. AS (Bechterew's disease).
8.2. Massage may be refused without refund if poor hygiene, inadequate hygiene/safety environment.
9. Accessibility, Safety, and Risk Prevention
9.1. For mobile massage, Client ensures access to premises.
9.2. Allowing entry implies consent and commitment to safety rules, risk prevention, and Provider's instructions.
10. Personal Belongings and Valuables
10.1. Provider not liable for losses in Client's space before/during/after massage.
10.2. In studio, items stay in room; no liability after Client leaves.
11. Informed Client Consent
I consent to massage using agreed techniques (sports, relaxation, fascia, trigger points, etc.).
I understand massage may involve areas near intimate zones (groin, glutes, chest), performed professionally and sensitively.
I can stop or skip areas anytime. I consent to data processing (name, phone, address) for booking per GDPR.
12. Prices and Payments
12.1. Price list at www.mmassage.cz.
12.2. Pay cash, bank transfer, or QR code.
13. Complaints Procedure

14. Data Protection
14.1. Client expressly consents to data processing for bookings per GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Providing email consents to commercial communications (revocable anytime).
15. Final Provisions
15.1. Governed by Czech law.
15.2. Parties confirm full understanding, voluntary acceptance, and commitment to comply.

Complaints Procedure
1. General Provisions
1.1. This regulates complaints between Provider Martin Schwarz, U Lihovaru 3401/1, Prague 5-Smíchov 150 00, ID: 07986262, and Client for massage services described on website and GTC ("Services").
2. Service Provision
2.1. Bookings per GTC.
2.2. Client informed pre-service; signs informed consent including contraindications.
2.3. No claims if undisclosed contraindications or health changes; Client assumes responsibility.
2.4. Results individual, non-guaranteed; depend on Client factors and compliance.
2.5. May involve near-intimate areas (groin, glutes, chest); professional approach. Request skips.
3. Defects
3.1. Complain immediately on-site with proof of Provider fault. Written protocol prepared (copy to Client).
4. Complaint Resolution
4.1. Decided immediately: discount, refund, or fix. Unfounded complaints: Client pays costs.
4.2. Rejection: written reasoning.
5. Liability for Damage
5.1. Items in room; no liability post-departure.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. Effective January 1, 2026.
