Sports Massage

Sports massage is a targeted form of massage focused on preparing and regenerating the athlete's body. It improves blood circulation, relieves muscle fatigue and tension, and supports the faster removal of metabolic waste from the body. By stimulating muscles, it enhances flexibility and range of motion while reducing the risk of injury. At the same time, it positively affects mental well-being by reducing stress and contributing to overall comfort.

Indian Anti-Stress Head Massage

Indian Anti-Stress Head Massage is a traditional technique focused on releasing tension in the muscles of the head, neck, shoulders, and arms. It helps reduce stress, headaches, migraines, and muscle tightness while improving blood circulation and enhancing scalp quality. The massage induces deep relaxation and mental well-being, harmonizing both body and mind. It is usually performed while seated, without the use of oils, emphasizing acupressure point stimulation and releasing energy centers.

Cupping Massage

Cupping massage is a traditional technique where special cups are applied to the skin to create a vacuum, which lifts the skin and underlying tissues. This suction significantly improves blood circulation, releases muscle tension, and helps eliminate toxins from the body. The cups can be left in place for several minutes or used dynamically to perform massage movements that promote regeneration and unblock restrictions.

Cupping is effective for muscle and joint pain, improves lymphatic system function, and contributes to the overall calming of the body.  Bruises from cupping typically appear within the first 24 to 48 hours and fade in 7 to 10 days for healthy individuals. In cases of intensive cupping, bruises may last up to 2 weeks.

Reconditioning massage

Reconditioning massage (rekondiční masáž) is a relaxing technique focused on releasing muscle tension and alleviating pain caused by overstrain or lack of movement. It helps improve blood circulation, thereby aiding faster regeneration of the body after physical or psychological stress. The massage contributes to preventing health problems related to a sedentary lifestyle and repetitive strain. Overall, it supports both physical and mental well-being and helps maintain optimal physical condition.

Fascial techniques

Fascial techniques focus on working with the connective tissues known as fascia, which surround muscles, organs, and other body structures. The goal is to release tension, restore elasticity, and improve the mobility of these tissues, leading to reduced pain and increased range of motion. Various methods are used, such as deep pressure techniques and specialized tools like fascial knives.

In addition to hands, I also use a heated fascial knife that combines thermal, micro-vibrational, and fascial therapy in a single step. Regular fascial work supports regeneration, injury prevention, and contributes to better posture and overall well-being.

Breuss massage

Breuss massage is a gentle manual technique aimed at releasing tension in the intervertebral discs and muscle tension along the spine using a special St. John's Wort oil. The therapist performs slow, light strokes along the spine that help regenerate the discs and alleviate back pain. The procedure also includes stimulation of acupressure points located along the spine, promoting not only physical relief but also mental well-being. Breuss massage is suitable as a complement to other methods or massages.

Relaxation massage

Relaxation massage is a gentle technique aimed at calming the mind and relieving muscle tension. It stimulates blood and lymph circulation, speeds up the removal of toxins, and harmonizes the body and mind. The massage uses slow, soft strokes to induce a state of tranquility and well-being. It helps reduce fatigue, stress, insomnia, and headaches while promoting a sense of comfort and deep relaxation.

Trigger points

Trigger points, also known as myofascial trigger points, are small, sensitive knots within muscle tissue that develop due to overload, muscle tension, or poor posture. These points cause both localized pain and referred pain in other parts of the body and limit the movement and strength of the affected muscle. Trigger points arise from repetitive unilateral strain, stress, or muscle overuse and can persist long-term. Addressing trigger points during massage helps to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore proper muscle function.

Hot stone massage

Hot stone massage uses warm volcanic stones that accumulate and transfer heat to the body, helping to release muscle tension and improve circulation. The warmth penetrates up to 3 cm deep, increasing blood flow, oxygenates tissues, relaxes stiff muscles, and relieves joint pain. It also regulates digestion, accelerates metabolism, and enhances skin condition by opening pores. The stones are either placed on key points or used to massage the body, promoting deep relaxation and regeneration. The heat from the stones stimulates the lymphatic and immune systems, supports detoxification, and helps reduce stress. Overall, this massage brings both physical and mental well-being and restores the body's energy.
